A lifelong athlete and outdoor enthusiast, Amy grew up in NE Portland with a deep appreciation for movement and wellness. She holds a BS in Biology and an MBA, and spent 15 years working in the bioscience industry before shifting her focus to help others thrive through fitness.

When she's not coaching, you'll find Amy traveling, hiking, camping, skiing, reading a good book in a hammock, and enjoying time with her husband and two kids.
