A lifelong athlete and outdoor enthusiast, Amy grew up in NE Portland with a deep appreciation for movement and wellness. She holds a BS in Biology and an MBA, spending 15 years in the bioscience industry before shifting her focus to personal training to help others thrive through fitness

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer specializing in women’s strength training, Amy brings an uplifting and empowering approach to her strength coaching. She is passionate about supporting people through every season of life, whether they’re just starting with group strength training or reaching for new goals. 


When she’s not coaching, you’ll find Amy traveling, hiking, camping, skiing, reading a good book in a hammock, and enjoying time with her husband and children.

We provide expert coaching in formats that fit your schedule and training preferences:

  • In-home personal training - 1:1 sessions at your home, whether you have a full home gym, condo gym, or want us to bring equipment along for your session.
  • Virtual coaching - Train from anywhere with live online sessions.
  • Small group strength classes - Join us at a local Portland gym: 5046 NE Fremont Street.
